As we step into 2024, AppointLink is poised for a year of significant advancement and growth.

Reflecting on the remarkable success of the last six months of 2023, a period that marked our best performance since enacting pivotal changes in our business model back in 2017-18, we’re excited about the future.

A key highlight of the past year was initiating our partnership with Extegrity, developers of Exam4 software. This integration will not only streamline grading and scheduling processes for our clients but also significantly enhance the joint AppointLink/Exam4 user experience.

Our customer base has now expanded to more than 40 law schools, both large and small, reflecting our growing momentum and the effectiveness of our solutions.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been working tirelessly to make our software even more intuitive and user friendly than ever. These improvements have eased the transition from semester to semester, a critical stress point for all law schools.

Looking ahead, we are thrilled about the potential of our Exam4 connector. This innovation is expected to alleviate the manual efforts and security challenges currently faced by overworked faculty and staff. Furthermore, discussions about leveraging AI for data analytics promise a future where AppointLink can offer more than just tools; we aim to provide insights and guidance directly to faculties and administrative staff.

Our focus on standardization of grading using new tools marks a shift from traditional methods to more streamlined, efficient approaches. This change is not just about adopting new technology; it’s about being part of a revolution in educational administration.

In conclusion, 2024 is set to be a year where AppointLink not only reinforces its existing successes but also pioneers new pathways in education technology. We’re dedicated to ensuring that no school gets left behind in this technological revolution. Join us in embracing these exciting changes!

2024 In Focus: A Q&A with Tony Forsythe, CEO of AppointLink

Tony, looking ahead to 2024, what are the key developments at AppointLink that you’re most excited about?

As we look toward 2024, I’m particularly excited about the traction we’ve gained with the integration of Extegrity Exam4 software. This tool is a game changer, streamlining processes and reducing manual efforts. We aim to have the Exam4 connector fully operational very soon, benefiting not just our existing customers but the wider Exam4 community.

AppointLink has seen remarkable growth in its customer base. What do you attribute this success to?

Our success, especially in the last half of 2023, was unprecedented. We’ve expanded to over 40 law schools, which is a testament to our team’s hard work and our software’s reliability and effectiveness. The arrival of Sean Fitzgerald, our VP of Business Development, certainly played a crucial role in this growth.

AppointLink has always been at the forefront of technological innovation in education. What new initiatives are you planning for 2024?

We’re particularly excited about exploring AI and data analytics. The idea is to leverage the vast amount of data we have to provide actionable insights to faculties and administrative staff. This isn’t just about offering tools; it’s about offering guidance and perspective that can truly transform educational processes.

There’s a lot of talk about the standardization of grading and moving away from traditional methods. Can you elaborate on this?

Absolutely. The shift from manual, spreadsheet-based methods to more standardized, technology-driven processes is significant. It’s not just a change in tools; it’s a revolution in how educational administration is handled. Our message is simple: don’t get left behind. Embrace the change and be part of this exciting journey with us.

How does AppointLink plan to address the challenges faced by Registrars and academic staff?

We’ve listened closely to the challenges faced by Registrars and academic staff, especially their exhaustion and the pressure of being short-staffed. Our solutions are designed to alleviate these burdens, offering efficient, streamlined processes that free up their time and energy for more critical tasks.
